Leah is the creator, host and Executive Producer of the Leah Garcia Fitness Series. Featured in hotel rooms around the world, these state-of-the-art video workouts are specifically designed for hotel guests. As a frequent flyer herself, with over 2,000 nights logged sleeping in hotel rooms, Leah understands the need for education, instruction, entertainment and options for guests who want a quality, express workout, at their convenience, in the privacy of their own space. She combined her background and education in life training, entrepreneurial skills, marketing, and as a professional athlete to create the Leah Garcia Fitness Series.

Born and raised on a ranch in Northern California, Leah started her athletic career on the rodeo circuit. She captured several All-Around Championships in the junior and high school ranks. During her collegiate years, she maintained a position on the esteemed regional woman's rodeo team, and twice qualified for the college national finals rodeo. Leah earned a degree in Speech Communication with an emphasis in marketing and public relations from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and made the Dean's Honor List for School of Communication Arts and Humanities.

After University and a career in the corporate world where Leah excelled in the employment and hospitality industry, she raced mountain bikes professionally for seven years in the USA and Europe, winning regional, national and international championship titles. She was a standout cross-country racer who represented established factory teams and sponsors. She became a certified personal fitness trainer post competition, educating clients in Boulder, Colorado.

Her achievements as a professional athlete led her to television commentating and On-Air talent work with adventure sports. Since 1998, she has covered professional mountain bike racing, cycling, freeskiing, snowboarding, rodeo and bull riding. Her work is seen on NBC, ESPN, ESPN2, TNN, The Oxygen Network, Syndicated TV, Fox Sports, Fox TV, and OLN. Currently, Leah is featured on the Home Shopping Network, endorsing fitness products and supplementing her energies as an infomercial guest. She continues to promote her Leah Garcia Fitness, Custom In-Room Workouts and signature products to the public.

Leah's lifelong dedication to health and well being have been integral to her success. Her relentless passion for uncompromising goals, dreams and ambition is evident in all that Leah accomplishes.
