Over the last ten years Leah has motivated and energized millions of people through her success as an international athlete, television host, and fitness barista. Her success on the international mountain bike circuit led to commentary and reporting work for ESPN and ESPN2, eventually landing her lucrative and high profile television work on NBC, Fox Sports, OLN and various nationally syndicated television shows. Leah is also a published fitness writer, sports model, video-on-demand producer, and programming executive.

Leah got her start public speaking in high school and college, competing and winning regional speaking competitions. She graduated on the Dean’s Honors List from California Polytechnic State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication. Leah worked in sales and marketing in the employment and hospitality industries before a seven year stint as a professional bike racer based in Spain and the United States.
